Welcome! 
My name is Dagen Perrott, I am a writer, student, and activist currently based in Tiohtià:ke. Most of my work revolves around themes of justice and safety - particularly as experienced and struggled over by inner-city communities and those made vulnerable by systems of power. 

I have a BA in Conflict Resolution Studies and Urban and Inner-City Studies from the University of Winnipeg where I focused my capstone research on the securitization of Winnipeg’s downtown library. I am currently pursuing a MSc at Concordia University looking at how and why safety has been constructed as a central crisis for public transit in so-called Canada.
